Durham's Alex Torres Still a Work in Progress

Coming into 2012, Durham left-hander Alex Torres was considered to be one of the Rays top pitching prospects, but after a poor showing in April, his star began to quickly fade. Now working out of the Bulls' pen, the Venezuelan native has begun to show signs of harnessing command of his incredible stuff. But pitching coach Neil Allen, and Torres himself, admit that he is still a work in progress.

If it's true that anything worth having is worth working for, then it's a safe bet that Bulls southpaw Alex Torres will be a pitching treasure eventually.
