Made 15 starts with Boise in 2005, finishing 3-6 with a 5.03 ERA and logging 73 1/3 innings ... Won a Cubs minor league best 13 games in 2006 while pitching at Class A Peoria of the Midwest League ... had the second best ERA among all full-season starting pitchers in the Cubs' farm system in 2006 ... was 13-4 with a 2.41 ERA in 25 starts, striking out 127 in 138 1/3 innings and walking 53 ... was a Midwest League Mid-Season All-Star after going 4-0 with a 1.96 ERA in his first 10 starts ... features a low 90s fastball, curveball and changeup in his arsenal of pitches ...
