Things haven’t exactly gone according to plan for the Chicago Cubs in 2009. But entering play Wednesday, the Cubs (57-48) found themselves tied for first place in the National League Central with St. Louis. Cubs Assistant General Manager Randy Bush gives us a 411 on the organization.
