The 27-year-old Fuld, drafted twice by the Cubs out of Stanford University, including the 10th round in 2004, has especially been swinging the bat well in the month of June. In 22 games this month alone, the Cubs’ starting centerfielder is batting .405 with five doubles, 18 runs scored and 11 stolen bases atop the order.
