Q&A with Brad Snyder

DES MOINES – Outfielder Brad Snyder had hit safely in 15 straight games for Class AAA Iowa before going 0-for-4 Wednesday against Nashville. Snyder started the season slow, but entering the day Wednesday he had batted over .400 with four home runs in his last 10 games. Through 23 games, he is batting .302 with six home runs and 19 RBI.

Snyder, 26, was a 2003 first-round draft pick by the Cleveland Indians from Ball State. He batted .273 with 84 home runs and 356 RBI over six seasons in the Indians' farm system.
