AAA—Nashville 5, Iowa 1
Iowa dropped their third straight to Nashville as the offense continued to struggle.
At the Dish: Josh Vitters supplied the only run of the game for Iowa with a solo homer in the fifth to tie the game.....I-Cubs only had six hits, two from Christian Villanueva and one from pitcher Eric Jokisch.....Javier Baez continues to struggle in AAA as he went 0-4 with three strikeouts and is hitting .149.
On the Hill: Eric Jokisch (2-2 3.65 ERA) allowed four runs on nine hits as the left-hander went six innings. One of the hits left the park and he fanned four in the 85-pitch effort, 71 percent for strikes......Jeffry Antigua allowed a solo homer in two innings, the only runner to reach base off the lefty.
AA—Chattanooga 6, Tennessee 4
Chattanooga snapped Tennessee's six-game winning streak.
At the Dish: Corey Black made the most of his first pro hit as the pitcher delivered a RiB single in the fifth, the Smokies only run through the first seven innings......Rafael Lopez delivered a two-run single in the 8th and the final run scored in the ninth on a double play groundout......John Andreoli upped his on-base streak to 23 games with a walk....Jae-Hoon Ha was 2-4 and scored twice.
On the Hill: Corey Black (2-2 3.54 ERA) threw 89 pitches in five innings. Black didn't have his best command, walking five as the Lookouts scored six runs, five earned, on four hits. Black fanned four and allowed a two-run homer.......Austin Kirk fanned a pair in two scoreless frames and Tony Zych put Chattanooga down in order in the eighth.
Smokies Notes: Tennessee begins a five-game series with Birmingham at Smokies Park on Monday.
High A—Daytona 2, Lakeland 1
Jeimer Candelario hit a walk-off homer off the scoreboard in left field to give the D-Cubs the win in the 12th.
At the Dish: After a three-day layoff the D-Cubs wasted no time getting on the board as Gioskar Amaya doubled, moved to third on a groundout and scored on Albert Almora's sacrifice fly to center. They wouldn't score for 10 more innings until Candelario ended it in the 12 with the leadoff blast. Daytona only had four hit as Bijan Rademacher and Willson Contreras had the other two.
On the Hill: Felix Pena (1-3 1.29 ERA) continues to dominate the Florida State League as the right-hander pitched one-hit ball for six innings. He only needed 63 pitches with one walk and three strikeouts. It was the first time this season Pena has pitched shutout ball, allowing one earned run in each of his first five starts......An errant pickoff throw allowed the tying run to score in the 8th as Michael Jesse was charged witht eh blown save. He gave up two hits in two innings.......Arodys Vizcaino took care of all three hitters he faced in the ninth, two on strikes......Stephen Perakslis eared his first win, working three scoreless frames with three punchouts.
D-Cubs Notes: The D-Cubs look to make it two in a row against Lakeland as Jose Rosario gets the start (2-2 3.86 ERA)
Low A—Kane County 13, Burlington 3
Kane County pounded out 16 hits and completed the three-game sweep of Burlington.
At the Dish: The Cougars offense was in high gear on Sunday as they scored seven times in the first innings and kept pouring it on. Jordan Hankins (.293) led the attack with two doubles and four RBI (career-high) while Daniel Lockhart (.262) went 4-5 with two doubles, two RBI, two runs and a stolen base........Carlos Penalver (.259) had three hits and knocked in a pair in the seven-run first.....Will Remillard (.355) and Benjamin Carhart (.279) had two hits each and Jacob Hannemann (.257) homered (2) to lead off the first......Trey Martin (.237) knocked in two.
On the Hill: Paul Blackburn was the beneficiary of the offensive explosion as the right-hander matched his season high going six innings. He allowed a run in the first and two more in the third. After three hits to lead off the third, Blackburn retired nine straight, three on strikes. He finished the game with aline of 6 IP, 6 H, 3 ER, 1 BB, 6 K. ......Gerardo Concepcion tossed two shutout innings and James Pugliese threw a scoreless ninth in his first action since coming off the DL.
Cougars Notes: Cougars (21-9) open a three game home stand with Wisconsin on Monday night at 6:30 p.m.

Jeimer Candelario hit a walk-off homer to give Daytona a 12-1 12-inning win after being rained out for three straight games. Kane County's offense hit double-figures for the fourth time with a 16-hit attack against Burlington as Jordan Hankins had a career-high four RBI. Tennessee and Iowa both lost.
