Neal Feeling Good, Ready to Roll

MOOSIC, PA – Thomas Neal is on a mission to get back to the big leagues after spending last September with the Cleveland Indians. Now in the Yankees' organization, Neal's mission got off to a great start this season with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, hitting .339 with 21 hits, 14 RBI's and six doubles in the first 18 games. A hamstring injury, however, has temporarily put that mission on hold.

Whenever he does return to the lineup, the 25-year-old outfielder is confident that he'll pick up right where he left off prior to the injury. "The frustrating part is knowing that I feel like I'm ready to go," Neal said on May 7, nearly two weeks after the injury occurred. "But at the same time, I have to trust what the trainers are doing.
